A Taste of Fall at Rosemary’s

Fall has arrived at Rosemary’s, and with it comes a new seasonal menu that celebrates the best of autumn ingredients and Italian-inspired cooking. Our chefs have created comforting, flavorful dishes that capture the warmth and simplicity of the season, perfect for cozy dinners or relaxed lunches in the heart of New York City.

The menu highlights locally sourced produce and rich, earthy flavors: Roasted Rainbow Carrots finished with almond gremolata, or our Butternut Squash Soup, topped with Piedmont hazelnuts and brown butter for a silky, nutty finish. The Brooklyn Burrata with roasted mushrooms, black truffle, cippolini onions, and garlic bread is another must-try, combining creamy richness with deep, savory notes that feel made for cooler days.

For seafood lovers, the Charred Octopus with roasted cauliflower, pine nuts, and bagna verde brings a beautiful balance of texture and freshness. The Grilled Branzino with borlotti beans, escarole, and manilla clams is light yet deeply satisfying, finished with a bright salsa verde to tie the dish together.

Pasta takes center stage with Cavatelli with wild mushrooms, porcini crema, and cavolo nero, a comforting dish that epitomizes fall dining at Rosemary’s. Exclusive to our West Village restaurant, the Risotto Alla Parmigiana is a simple yet elegant favorite made with Acquerello rice and 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano. For guests visiting Rosemary’s East or Midtown, the new Truffle Prosciutto Cotto pizza layers black truffle, cream, prosciutto cotto, and ricotta for a rich and irresistible bite.

Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the season’s freshest ingredients and the heart of Italian cuisine. Whether you’re joining us for a special evening out or an everyday meal with friends, the fall menu at Rosemary’s offers a delicious way to celebrate the season in NYC.
